The Hori Hori Pro is handmade for Niwaki by third-generation family craftsmen in Miki, Hyogo—one of Japan’s historic centers of horticultural blacksmithing. Forged from SK-5 carbon steel, the blade delivers an excellent balance of sharpness, toughness, and edge retention, making it well suited for demanding garden work.
