Made from wild lowbush blueberries grown along Youngs Cove Road in Pembroke, Maine, along with berries from nearby Whiting. The fruit is grown and managed organically, then prepared in small batches with lemon juice and a restrained amount of sugar to let the flavor of the blueberries come through.
